QT Reverse Burst Phase:

Motorola uses a non-standard reverse burst on their CTCSS. It won't cooperate well with some other
brands, and will give you the static crash after a transmission. There's a way you can go into the
settings and change the "QT Reverse Burst Phase" (QT is Kenwood's abbreviation for Quiet Tone,
their name for CTCSS). It'll give you the option of +180 which is the Kenwood standard,
and -120 or +120, one of those is what Motorola uses.
